We're building something that doesn't exist yet.
Precise, verifiable, grounded AI for regulated industries. If that kind of engineering interests you, we'd like to know who you are.
TitleTrace is building the verification layer for the title and escrow industry — and beyond it, for regulated industries where a wrong answer carries real professional and financial consequences. The architecture we've built to solve this is genuinely novel: a graph-relational reasoning engine that treats document relationships as structured data rather than semantic text, grounded in the firm's own standards rather than model assumptions.
We are a small team early in the build. We are deliberate about who we add — not because we aren't growing, but because at this stage, every person shapes what we become.
Engineering
Graph database architecture and relational reasoning. Document processing pipelines for heterogeneous and difficult file formats. Vector-semantic retrieval and graph traversal systems. Full-stack product development on a modern TypeScript/Next.js stack. If you build for correctness and have opinions about what "grounded" AI actually requires architecturally — we want to talk.
Industry
Title examiners, escrow professionals, real estate paralegals, and title agency operators who understand the workflow we're solving from the inside. Not to consult on it — to help shape the product, inform the ontology, and eventually be part of building the category. The most valuable thing a title professional can bring to TitleTrace is the institutional knowledge that makes the difference between a tool that looks right and a tool that works right.
