Is TitleTrace really only for title and real estate?
The core architecture is industry-agnostic. Our initial focus is title and escrow because the compliance requirements are precise, the financial stakes are high, and the existing tools are inadequate. Other regulated industries are on the roadmap.
What happens to my documents?
Your files are processed in an isolated, encrypted tenant environment and are never used to train any AI model. You can delete your data at any time. Upon account termination, all data is permanently purged within 30 days.
Do I need technical expertise to use TitleTrace?
No. If you can drag and drop files and fill out a form, you can use TitleTrace. The complexity is in the backend. The interface is designed for practitioners, not engineers.
